Our service

We help buyers find and secure new properties. There is no fee to buyers for our service. Any contract to buy a property is between you and the seller or builder, on the terms of that contract.

Best Price Promise

1. If another licensed agent quotes you a lower price for the same property, we will beat that price by $1,000.
2. Exclusions apply. Eligible properties only.
3. "The same property" means the identical lot and home design, with the same inclusions and contract terms.
4. The Best Price Promise is applied as a reduction to the contract price, subject to the developer's or builder's approval of the revised price.
5. Offer may be withdrawn at any time.
